Olatunji Lanihun is the CEO of JB5 Investments Nigeria, where he brings decades of global business acumen and deep-rooted understanding of the Nigerian market to lead the company’s real estate development initiatives across the country. Born in Ibadan, Nigeria and having built a successful international trading and shipping enterprise in the Netherlands, he bridges cultures and economies with a unique perspective grounded in both African heritage and Western business principles.
As the founder of Asper International Trading and Shipping, he has navigated complex global markets, facilitating the import, export, and logistics of vehicles and cargo across continents. Now, at JB5 Investments Nigeria, he applies this same strategic insight to the real estate sector—overseeing development projects that align with the company’s broader mission of creating value-driven, community-focused, and future-forward investments in Africa.
